Jessica Tchissambot, Project Manager serving international clients
Jessica Tchissambot is a Project Manager at Saybus and oversees transport operations for international clients. She assists clients based in Asia, Europe and the United States in organising trips and travel for professional, sporting or language events.
She also handles requests from the GPN (Global Passenger Network), the leading international organisation dedicated to road passenger transport, which brings together companies recognised for their expertise in tourism and event mobility, among which Saybus represents France.
Structured, customer-focused project management
Each assignment begins with the receipt and analysis of the request. Jessica then discusses the project with the client to gain a clear understanding of their needs, the context of the project and their budgetary constraints.
On this basis, she draws up a personalised support proposal, including recommendations, logistical optimisation and advice on pick-up and drop-off points.
She then coordinates the entire transport system in conjunction with the members of the Réunir Association Group, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely and in line with expectations.
Her greatest source of pride
Jessica is particularly proud to be working in the travel industry, a field she is passionate about. The diversity of the projects she manages and her daily collaboration with international teams enrich her expertise and stimulate her creativity.
In addition, participating in international seminars organised by the GPN network gives her the opportunity to exchange ideas with foreign companies, compare practices and adopt new ideas that constantly feed into her approach to her work.
What motivates her on a daily basis
Jessica draws her motivation from the special relationship she has with her clients. She attaches particular importance to retaining long-standing clients, while developing a new international client base. Discovering different cultures, adapting to foreign standards and the positive team dynamic at Saybus also fuel her daily commitment.
‘Actively contributing to the growth of the company and seeing its influence expand every year is a real source of energy and professional satisfaction.’
A highlight of her career
One of the most iconic projects of her career remains the logistical coordination of the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy. For three days, Saybus provided transport for 2,300 Canadian and American passengers during an event of great historical and political significance, attended by the French and American Presidents and the Canadian Prime Minister. This large-scale operation involved 53 coaches and four operators on site, responsible for assisting the drivers and relaying instructions in real time.
For Jessica, the success of this operation is a source of immense pride and a memorable professional achievement!
