Sorhaya Lejeune is Project Manager at Saybus. In particular, she coordinates the transport of 4,500 holidaymakers on specially adapted trips for the mentally disabled throughout France.
There are three main stages in the year to meet this human and logistical challenge:
1️⃣ Devising a tailor-made transport plan
Sorhaya, Mathieu Berland and Mathilde Goncalves design the transport routes from A to Z to meet our customers’ expectations: choice of meeting points, routes, timetables, etc. Everything is thought out to optimise journeys, avoid empty coaches and limit unnecessary journeys.
2️⃣ Mobilising 350 coaches throughout France
To meet the needs of this large-scale project, Saybus can count on the Members of the Réunir Associative Group, who are present throughout France, to provide the return journeys, as well as almost 700 full-day or half-day excursions during the trips.
3️⃣ Coordinating departures from and returns to the hubs
In August, it will finally be time for departures! Saybus teams will be on hand at the hubs to take care of ground control: welcoming coaches, managing logistics, and ensuring the safety and smooth running of departures and returns.
Sorhaya concludes by saying:
