The Olympic and Paralympic Games drew to a close yesterday, providing us with an opportunity to look back on an emotionally-charged event that mobilised many Saybus players and members of the Groupe Associatif Réunir in several host cities: Nantes, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Lille and Châteauroux. We did it!🤩
In a few figures, it’s :
- 👉 2400 services brilliantly provided by 34 of our SME Réunir members
- 👉 500 drivers in gold🏅mobilised to transport nearly 50,000 people: athletes, official broadcasters and journalists, referees, volunteers, Olympic families, IOC members… in particular with coaches adapted for people with reduced mobility
Our transport operations, managed by Marjolaine Berthier, with the Saybus teams, Hugo Perier and Jessica Tchissambot, and the Réunir teams, Anne-Claire Launay, Sélim Maïzi, Elouan Leparoux, Gabrielle Jourdan and Lucie Touzé, took place from HQ, at the Bus Operations Centre, to ensure that services ran smoothly and on time, day and night. 🧑💻
Special thanks to the Paris 2024 transport teams, Jean-Philippe Leseigneur and all his dream team! Audrey Ostertag and Mathieu Berland👋
A special mention to the Marketing and Communications team, Oriane Datchary and Ylan Guichard, who designed a unique logo, in collaboration with Paris 2024, to be affixed to the uniforms of drivers and regulators for the Games transport! We’re proud of everyone involved in this great success, which was made possible by the cohesion and responsiveness of our hard-working teams. You are our champions 💪🏆
