4,000 young people transported for ASF Holidays!

This weekend marked the final transport operations for ASF Vacances holiday camps, a scheme run by the Social Action department of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, enabling staff members’ children to go on holiday both in France and abroad.

For the occasion, a large-scale operation was carried out over four consecutive weekends:
✅ Over 4,000 people transported
✅ 102 coaches
✅ 4 shuttle services set up
✅ 25 members mobilised

A big well done to Pauline Beauverger, who led the entire project: from strategic planning to real-time management, including transport optimisation and operational planning. 👏

👉 Her mission: to centralise, secure and orchestrate a bespoke transport solution, tailored to the client’s constraints and needs.

The success of this large-scale operation also relies on the commitment and involvement of the 25 Réunir members who stepped up to the plate. A huge thank you to them 🙏

Well done also to our project managers for their involvement on the transport hubs. 🫶
