In early May, 4,000 Scouts Unitaires de France gathered in Sainte-Marie de Vatimesnil in the Eure department. 80 coaches were deployed to make this event possible!

👉 From conception to execution, our teams managed the project from start to finish:
- Analysing the client’s needs and drawing up a national transport plan
- Designing and optimising routes (itineraries, pick-up points, accessibility, etc.)
- Coordinating dozens of transport operators in waves for both outward and return journeys
- Setting up secure drop-off zones and specific traffic management plans
- Ongoing monitoring with our members and coordination with local authorities
👉 Particular attention was paid to drivers’ conditions:
- Planning of driving and rest times
- Comprehensive briefings with detailed route sheets
