Read the profile of Lucie Némoz!

Today, we’re putting the spotlight on Lucie Némoz, a project manager at Saybus, whose role is key to the success of our transport operations.

💼 Day-to-day

Lucie manages several projects simultaneously, with a clear objective: to ensure everything runs smoothly and is under control from start to finish. From analysing client needs to invoicing, she structures every stage: drawing up the transport plan, coordinating with the sales teams and members, organising and managing… Nothing is left to chance!

Her guiding principle? To create a reliable, high-quality experience that builds lasting loyalty with every client.

🌍 A variety of projects all year round

She supports both long-standing clients and new projects, working with a wide range of stakeholders: summer camps, corporate groups, associations…

She has also been involved in World Youth Day in Lisbon, the 50th anniversary of the Scouts Unitaires de France, and various annual French Scouting events. Large-scale projects that are always unique in terms of their locations and challenges!

✨ What drives her

The richness and versatility of the assignments, but also the human connection. Lucie loves to plan ahead, organise… and that element of the unexpected that brings every project to life.

“Interaction with clients and members is at the heart of my job. Seeing everyone satisfied at the end of an event is always the greatest reward.”

🚀 Her motivations

Building relationships above all else, in a dynamic environment where challenges are constant.

A desire to develop new approaches, improve tools, and contribute to a people-focused, close-knit company where recognition and teamwork really matter.

📌 Key moments

Projects that have taken her to unique locations and contexts, such as the Palace of Versailles for one of the many corporate events she has managed, World Youth Day in Lisbon, or the 50th anniversary of the SUF at the Château de Chambord, marked by crisis management in the midst of a storm with 10,000 children to be evacuated to safety. All these experiences illustrate the richness and intensity of her profession!

🔎 Coming soon

Lucie will soon be coordinating a major gathering of the Scouts Unitaires de France in Sainte-Marie-de-Vatimesnil (Eure): 4,000 participants and 82 coaches mobilised for the occasion.

A major project, prepared several months in advance, which requires foresight, precision and coordination. We will soon be sharing a behind-the-scenes look at this organisation.

👏 A huge thank you to Lucie for her commitment, her rigour and her energy in serving our clients and our members. Well done for her professionalism and her ability to make every project a success!
